Helping you get your mojo back - 2. How to move forward
Following on week one on helping you set your starting point, this week we take action, set your direction and decide your goals in the next 3,6 and 12 months.
Take some time to sit down, what did you come up last week? Did you find a reason behind your grudge and why you feel so lost, feeling you've your identity and mojo for some time now?
What is no longer serving you, how to do you visualise yourself in the next 3,6,12 months?Write it down, don't hold back and take some steps to propel you in the right direction
Beware of Inertia as your enemy, you might argue "I am so busy, constantly on the move feeling knackered! Don't have time for myself right now"
I completely get and it and have a number of women friends who never have time to meet up, they're so busy.
Their truth is fear, if they stop being worked up, they realise that they're on the wrong side of the track, fear has been holding them down for years, to ignore the little voice inside, they keep crazy busy. Don't fall into the trap. It might hurt, it might bring a lot of anger, true honesty will you help create the life you want!
