2019 is here! Don’t tell me already?? I know I’ve got the same feeling, as we can’t change anything about it. Let’s stop moaning and get on with it! Make yourself a promise in 2019 to be more YOU!
What does it mean?
Have an honest look at yourself and write down the areas where you are not showing up for yourself. i.e. it could be your relationship, your career, self-care, health, finances. It might be everything but choose one to start with. The idea is to look closer at what isn’t working for you and where you think you are letting yourself down.Read More
Have you suffered from beauty envy? I have lots of time, when I was a teen I starved myself trying to look like a waif, flat chested with clothes around my body, needless to say that I hardly managed subsiding on an apple for lunch and cigarettes. I was hungry!
When you understand that happiness and confidence will do more to make you look beautiful you will feel amazing!Read More

Although change is inevitable, it took me a long time to embrace it. I was always on the nostalgic side of things, wishing I could go back in time to live through the same emotions and moments that made me so happy. I choose the former rather than the latter and wish it didn't take me so long to accept it, although better now than never.Read More
